Product Description
A standard ball valve is built for all-or-nothing flow. Fit this graduated handle and it becomes a simple manual flow control ball valve: a scale plate marked from 0° to 90° in 10° increments sits under the handle, and a locking pin secures the handle at the notch you choose — 30°, 50°, or any other step.
For simple throttling jobs, this is a far cheaper route than an automated control valve — one 304 stainless steel accessory instead of an actuator, positioner, and wiring.
How the Locking Pin Works
- Set: turn the handle to the angle you need and secure the locking pin in the matching notch on the graduated plate.
- Hold: with the pin engaged, the handle resists pipeline vibration and flow-induced movement in normal service — changing the position takes a deliberate release of the pin.
- Repeat: operators can note a setting (“notch 3”) and return the valve to exactly the same flow after maintenance or flushing.

What are the scale increments?
The plate is marked from 0° to 90° in 10° increments, so the valve locks at any of the ten positions.
Which valves does it fit?

Is this the same as a memory stop?
It covers the same need and more. A memory stop limits the handle to one preset position; the graduated handle locks at any 10° step and lets you return to a recorded setting whenever you want.
Will vibration shift the valve position?
The locking pin secures the handle in the plate notch, so the setting resists pipeline vibration and flow pressure in normal service. Changing the position takes a deliberate release of the pin by the operator.

Sample Policy

If the pricing is acceptable, we can offer samples either free of charge or at a cost depending on the product type and availability.
Shipping fees are borne by the customer.
Order Process
After confirming the product requirements and other details with the customer, we will issue a Sales Confirmation for approval. Once confirmed, the customer is required to pay a 30% deposit to proceed with production.
When mass production is completed and the goods pass inspection, the customer must pay the remaining 70% balance before shipment is arranged.
