Product Name
Graduated Handle
Product Summary
Turn Your Ball Valve into a Control Valve.
The Graduated Handle (or Flow Control Handle) is a specialized accessory that transforms a standard on/off ball valve into a flow-regulating device. Featuring a scale plate with marked increments (0° to 90°) and a locking mechanism, it allows the operator to set the valve at specific opening angles to achieve a desired flow rate.
Product Description
Standard ball valves are designed for “all or nothing” flow. However, with this 304 Stainless Steel accessory, you can manually throttle the flow. The handle features a spring-loaded locking pin that engages with holes or notches on the graduated plate. This ensures that once you set the flow to “50%” or “30 degrees,” vibration from the pipeline won’t shift the valve position.
