Vacuum Valves

Stainless steel vacuum valves in 316: manual and pneumatic ball valves with NW/KF quick-flange or ISO-K flange ends, two-piece and three-piece bodies, plus 3-way L-port and T-port versions.

Vacuum lines are unforgiving about seals. Every valve here is 316 stainless with PTFE seats and a vacuum-rated stem seal.

Ends come two ways. NW/KF quick-flange for the smaller sizes, NW16 through NW50, clamped in seconds without tools. ISO-K flange for the larger bores, ISO80 and ISO100.

Operation is a manual quarter-turn handle, or a pneumatic actuator with a double acting (DA) or spring return (SR) cylinder. The three-piece manual valve also takes a high-mount ISO 5211 pad if you want to add an actuator later.
