Sanitary Ball Valves (Tri-Clamp)

Tri-Clamp sanitary valves in 316 stainless with a polished finish: manual and pneumatic ball valves in 2-way and 3-way, plus a pneumatic butterfly valve. Sizes 1/2″ to 4″.

Sanitary lines fail at the crevices. Anywhere product can sit and not get cleaned out, you have a problem.

The Sanitary Manual Ball Valve is a three-piece body with cavity-filled seats, Tri-Clamp or extended butt weld (OD tube) ends, 1/2″ to 4″. The Sanitary Pneumatic Ball Valve is a three-piece body with an ISO 5211 actuator mount, double acting (DA) or spring return (SR), Tri-Clamp or butt weld ends, 1/2″ to 4″. Both are also made as 3-way L-port or T-port valves for diverting, 1/2″ to 2″.

This page also carries a Sanitary Pneumatic Butterfly Valve. That is a butterfly valve, not a ball valve. It is a different closure, for lines where a ball valve is more than you need.
