Product Summary

Pneumatic angle seat valve (Y-type) in 316 stainless steel with an integrated air piston — a pneumatic steam valve for fast on/off of high-pressure steam, hot water and liquids. The inclined seat gives high flow and low pressure drop.

CF8M (316) body · PN40 · −20 °C to +150 °C · 1/2″ – 2″ (DN15 – DN50) · threaded or welded ends

Made in Taiwan. No MOQ. Dimension drawing and full size table are below.

The YZNG TRONG Pneumatic Angle Seat Valve (also known as a Y-type valve) is a 316 stainless steel on/off valve driven by an integrated air piston. Its inclined Y-pattern seat opens a near-straight flow path, giving high flow and low pressure drop — which is why the angle seat valve is a common choice as a pneumatic steam valve for fast, frequent on/off duty.

The piston actuator snaps the valve open and shut for automated lines, and the all-stainless wetted parts handle high-pressure steam, hot water and other liquids. Threaded ends make it quick to install or replace in existing pipework.

Built for Steam and Hot Fluids

  • Steam service: the angle-seat design and stainless build suit high-pressure steam and hot-water on/off (not a modulating control valve).
  • High flow: the inclined seat gives a near-straight path and lower pressure drop than a globe valve.
  • Fast cycling: the integrated piston handles frequent open/close on automated lines.
  • Durable head: piston actuator available with a stainless steel or engineering-plastic head.

Dimensions (mm)

Pneumatic angle seat valve dimension drawing showing H height, D bore and L face-to-face length - YZNG TRONG 2000Y
H = overall height, D = bore, L = face-to-face length. The letters match the columns in the table below. Unit: mm.
Size Ø D H L
1/2″ (DN15) 19 126 133
3/4″ (DN20) 24 131 137
1″ (DN25) — smaller actuator 29 140 149
1″ (DN25) — larger actuator 29 165 174
1-1/4″ (DN32) 36 175 188
1-1/2″ (DN40) 42 178 190
2″ (DN50) 52 195 205

DN25 (1″) is available with two actuator sizes — both rows are shown above. Which one you need depends on your working pressure differential: tell us your line pressure and pilot air pressure when you request a quote, and we will size the actuator for you.

Applications

Steam on/off lines, hot-water and CIP systems, bottling and food processing, machinery and OEM skids — anywhere a fast, high-flow pneumatic on/off valve is needed for steam or hot fluids.

FAQ

Is this a control (modulating) valve? No. It is an on/off angle seat valve — fast, tight shut-off for steam and hot fluids, not proportional control.

Why an angle seat valve instead of a globe valve? The inclined seat opens a near-straight path, so flow is higher and pressure drop lower, and the piston handles frequent cycling.

Why does 1″ (DN25) appear twice in the dimension table? It comes with a choice of two actuator sizes. The valve body is the same; the larger actuator delivers more closing force for higher working pressure differentials, which changes the overall height (H) and length (L).

What temperature can it handle? −20 °C to +150 °C, which covers saturated steam and hot-water service in that range.
