Product Name
316 Stainless Pneumatic Vacuum Ball Valve – 2-Piece, NW50 (ISO-KF) Clamp
Product Summary
A two-piece 316 stainless steel pneumatic ball valve with NW50 (ISO-KF / KF50) clamp ends — a rack-and-pinion air actuator (double-acting or spring-return, 4–8 bar) opens and closes the line on a signal. Full port, PTFE seats, -20 °C to +180 °C, ISO 5211 direct mount. The KF clamp and centring ring seal with no bolts, for vacuum and high-purity lines.

Product Description
This is a two-piece 316 stainless steel pneumatic ball valve terminated with NW50 (ISO-KF / KF50) quick-clamp flanges. A rack-and-pinion air actuator turns the ball a quarter turn to open or shut the line, and the KF clamp ends connect and seal with a single clamp and centring ring — no bolts — so the valve installs and services fast on vacuum and high-purity facility piping.
PTFE seats give a tight, low-friction shut-off, and the actuator is available double-acting (DA) or spring-return (SR), ready for solenoid valves and limit switches. Need to switch flow between lines? See the 3-way pneumatic vacuum ball valve. For larger ISO-K lines, see the ISO-K DN80/DN100 pneumatic vacuum valve, or browse all vacuum valves.

Advantages & Benefits
- Tool-free connection: the NW50 KF clamp and centring ring seal without bolts — fast to install and to open for service.
- Full-port flow: an unrestricted bore keeps conductance high on vacuum lines.
- Automated on/off: the actuator opens and closes on a signal, with DA or SR to suit your fail position.
- 316 stainless, PTFE seats: a clean, corrosion-resistant, low-outgassing combination for vacuum and high-purity service.
Application Fields & Locations
- Vacuum facility piping: automated isolation on NW50 KF lines.
- High-purity & semiconductor support: 316 stainless clamp-flanged piping.
- Laboratory & process vacuum: remote or sequenced on/off under PLC control.
- Coating & thin-film systems: automated vacuum isolation between process steps.
FAQ
What flange does it use? NW50 (also written ISO-KF or KF50) — a clamp flange that seals with a single clamp and a centring ring, no bolts. It connects straight into standard KF vacuum lines and opens tool-free for service.
Double-acting or spring-return — which should I choose? Double-acting (DA) uses air for both strokes and stays in its last position if air is lost. Spring-return (SR) uses springs for the return stroke, so on air loss the springs drive the valve to a preset open or closed position.
Can I add a solenoid valve or limit switch? Yes. The actuator accepts a solenoid valve for control, a limit switch box for position feedback, and a positioner for modulating service — tell us your control setup when you request a quote.
Is it full port? Yes — the bore is unrestricted through the valve, keeping conductance high on vacuum lines.
What is the minimum order? No minimum order quantity — we accept orders of any size, including small trial orders. For small orders, freight is arranged and paid by the buyer. Payment is by T/T — 30% on order confirmation, 70% before shipment.
What is the operating temperature? -20 °C to +180 °C, set by the PTFE seats. Body and ball are 316 stainless steel.
