Product Description
The V-2V is a two-piece manual vacuum ball valve in 316 stainless steel with PTFE seats and high-tightness PTFE vacuum seals. A quarter-turn of the stainless lever opens or shuts the line — the simple, compact way to isolate a section of a vacuum system by hand.
ISO-K clamp flanges come in two sizes: ISO80 (DN80, 3″) and ISO100 (DN100, 4″), connecting straight into standard ISO-K vacuum lines with no adapters. Smaller KF sizes (NW16–NW50) live on the three-piece vacuum ball valve; for automated large-bore lines, see the pneumatic vacuum ball valve, or browse all vacuum valves.

Application Fields & Locations
- Vacuum pump isolation: shut off a pump or section for service without venting the whole system.
- Coating & thin-film deposition: manual isolation points on large ISO-K process lines.
- Thermoforming & degassing: hand-operated control where automation is not needed.
- Food processing & drying systems: negative-pressure lines built on stainless vacuum fittings.
FAQ
ISO80 or ISO100 — which should I order? Match the ISO-K flange size your line already uses: ISO80 is DN80 (3″), ISO100 is DN100 (4″). Both are available — state the size when you request a quote.
What is the difference between this and the three-piece vacuum valve? This valve is a compact two-piece body for large ISO-K flanges (ISO80/ISO100). The three-piece vacuum ball valve covers the smaller KF sizes (NW16–NW50) plus ISO80, and its body unbolts for servicing.
What is an ISO-K flange? A clamp-style vacuum flange standard for larger bores: the flange has a grooved edge that claw clamps grip, sealing on a centering ring — no threads, no welding, quick to open for maintenance.
What seals are used? PTFE — the seats and the vacuum seals. Combined with the 316 stainless body, that suits clean vacuum service in labs, coating and food processing.
Can this valve be automated? No — this two-piece build is manual only. If the line is or may later be automated, use the pneumatic vacuum ball valve (ISO-K DN80/DN100) instead.
What is the minimum order? No minimum order quantity — we accept orders of any size, including small trial orders. For small orders, freight is arranged and paid by the buyer. Payment is by T/T — 30% on order confirmation, 70% before shipment.
