Product Description
A 304 stainless steel ball valve fitted with an oval valve handle — a vinyl-coated loop grip in place of the standard flat lever. The loop sits closer to the valve body than a lever, so the valve fits where a lever would clash with neighbouring pipes, and the low profile makes it less likely to be knocked open or shut by accident. Blue is the standard coating color; other colors are available on request.
Sizes 1/4″ to 1″, 90° quarter-turn. The oval handle is also available on its own for our ball valve series, so a rusted, bent, or missing lever can be replaced without changing the valve.
Ordering the Handle Separately
The valve ships with the oval handle fitted. If you only need the handle:
- It fits our own ball valve series — typically 1/4″ to 1″ sizes.
- It is made to match our valve stems, so it is not guaranteed to fit other brands’ valves.
- Tell us your valve model and the coating color you need when ordering; blue is standard.

Why a Loop Instead of a Lever?
- Low profile: the loop projects less than a flat lever, so the valve can be installed where a lever would hit adjacent pipework.
- Harder to trip by accident: with less sticking out, the handle is less likely to be moved by a passing person or object.
- Vinyl-coated 304 stainless: the ring under the coating is stainless steel; blue as standard, other colors on request so lines can be color-coded.

- Tight pipe runs and manifolds — installations where a standard lever would interfere with neighbouring lines or equipment.
- Lines that must not be operated by accident — small isolation valves in areas with foot traffic or nearby moving parts.

What colors are available?

Sample Policy
We are happy to provide product samples for customers to evaluate quality or conduct testing. The process typically begins with a quotation based on the customer’s specifications.
If the pricing is acceptable, we can offer samples either free of charge or at a cost depending on the product type and availability.
Shipping fees are borne by the customer.
Order Process
After confirming the product requirements and other details with the customer, we will issue a Sales Confirmation for approval. Once confirmed, the customer is required to pay a 30% deposit to proceed with production.
When mass production is completed and the goods pass inspection, the customer must pay the remaining 70% balance before shipment is arranged.
