Product Description
Flanged ball valves are preferred in industry because they are easy to install and remove from
the line without disturbing the pipe alignment. This series features a full port (full bore) design
for unimpeded flow and a robust floating ball mechanism. The wide range of pressure ratings allows
engineers to select the exact specification needed for water, low-pressure steam and gas
lines.

Which flange standards and pressure ratings are available? Four standards: JIS 10K (1.0 MPa, about 145 psi) and ANSI Class 150 (275 psi) both in 1/2″–8″; JIS 20K (2.0 MPa, about 290 psi) and ANSI Class 300 (720 psi) in 1/2″–4″. All are raised-face (RF) flanges. Match the standard your piping already uses.
Should I choose 304 or 316 stainless steel? 304 (CF8) suits general water, air and process lines. 316 (CF8M) adds molybdenum for better resistance to pitting from chlorides — the safer choice for coastal, marine and chemical service.
Is it full port? Yes. The bore matches the pipe inside diameter, so the open valve adds almost no flow restriction.
What is the operating temperature? -20 °C to +180 °C. The flange class sets the pressure ceiling, but the PTFE seat governs the practical limit in service — pressure derates as temperature rises.
How do I pick the right pressure rating? Start from the flange standard your counter-flanges use (ANSI or JIS), then confirm the class covers your line pressure at its working temperature. Tell us your line conditions and we will recommend a suitable rating.
What is the minimum order? No minimum order quantity — we accept orders of any size, including small trial orders. For small orders, freight is arranged and paid by the buyer. Payment is by T/T — 30% on order confirmation, 70% before shipment.
