A stainless steel flanged check valve, swing type, for 2″, 3″ and 4″ lines (models C-2F / C-3F / C-4F). Every size comes with your choice of ASME B16.5 Class 150 or JIS B2220 10K flanges — same face-to-face length, so the choice does not change your pipe layout. Cast CF8 body with PTFE gasket in stock; CF8M (cast 316) made to order. The hinged disc stops backflow automatically, no power needed.

This 304 flanged check valve is a swing-type non-return valve for 2″, 3″ and 4″ flanged lines. A hinged disc swings open with forward flow and drops shut when flow stops or reverses — no power, no operator. The body, disc, arm and bonnet are cast 304 stainless steel (CF8), with a CF8M (cast 316) version made to order, sealed with a PTFE gasket.
Every size is available with two flange standards: ASME B16.5 Class 150 for American-spec piping, or JIS B2220 10K for Asian-spec plants. Smaller line? Class 150 or JIS 10K — Which Flange?
The two standards are not interchangeable. At 3 inch the Class 150 flange has 4 bolt holes and the JIS 10K flange has 8, and at 4 inch the bolt circles are 190.5 mm and 175 mm, so neither size lines up in the normal installed position. At 2 inch the bolt circles (120.5 and 120 mm) and the four 19 mm holes nearly match, but the flange diameter and raised face still differ, so the joint matches neither standard. Choose by the standard your piping already uses: ASME B16.5 Class 150 is the norm in US-spec plants, JIS B2220 10K in Japanese- and much Asian-spec equipment. If you are not sure, tell us when you request a quote — the face-to-face length is identical for both (203, 241 and 292 mm for 2, 3 and 4 inch), so the choice never affects your pipe layout.

Preguntas frecuentes
Are Class 150 and JIS 10K flanges interchangeable? No. At 3 and 4 inch the bolt count or bolt circle differs, so a Class 150 valve will not bolt onto JIS 10K counter-flanges in the normal position. At 2 inch the bolt holes nearly line up, but the flange diameter and raised face still differ, so the joint matches neither standard. Match the valve to the flange standard your piping already uses — we stock both for every size.

What material is the valve? Body, disc, arm and bonnet are cast 304 stainless steel (CF8), with a PTFE gasket — in stock. A cast 316 (CF8M) version is made to order for chloride-bearing or more corrosive media.
How does the swing mechanism work? The disc hangs on a hinged arm inside the body. Forward flow pushes it open; when flow stops or reverses, the disc swings back onto the seat and blocks backflow automatically — no power or operator needed.

Tras confirmar los requisitos del producto y otros detalles con el cliente, emitiremos una Confirmación de Venta para su aprobación. Una vez confirmada, el cliente deberá abonar un depósito 30% para proceder a la producción.
Una vez finalizada la producción en serie y superada la inspección de la mercancía, el cliente deberá abonar el saldo restante 70% antes de que se organice el envío.
