Product Description

A stainless steel street elbow makes a 90° turn with one male (external) end and one female (internal) end. It threads into a fitting on one side and accepts a male pipe on the other, so it saves a nipple where a fitting and a pipe meet at a corner. Made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel for water, air, and general fluid lines. Manufactured in Taiwan by Yzng Trong International.

What materials are available? 202, 304 and 316 stainless steel. 304 covers general service; choose 316 for chloride-bearing or corrosive media. Tell us the grade you need when you request a quote.

What thread standard does it use? PT (taper) threads — one male end, one female end. If your line uses a different thread standard, tell us with the inquiry and we will confirm what we can supply.

What sizes can I order? 1/8″ up to 4″.

How is a street elbow different from a regular elbow? A regular 90° elbow has a female thread on both ends. A street elbow has one male and one female end, so it screws straight into a fitting without needing a separate nipple — handy in tight corners.

What is the minimum order? No minimum order quantity — we accept orders of any size, including small trial orders. For small orders, freight is arranged and paid by the buyer. Payment is by T/T — 30% on order confirmation, 70% before shipment.

Sample Policy

We are happy to provide product samples for customers to evaluate quality or conduct testing. The process typically begins with a quotation based on the customer’s specifications.

If the pricing is acceptable, we can offer samples either free of charge or at a cost depending on the product type and availability.
Shipping fees are borne by the customer.

Order Process

After confirming the product requirements and other details with the customer, we will issue a Sales Confirmation for approval. Once confirmed, the customer is required to pay a 30% deposit to proceed with production.

When mass production is completed and the goods pass inspection, the customer must pay the remaining 70% balance before shipment is arranged.
