Product Description

A straight female-threaded coupling in SS304 stainless steel for joining two 3/4″ pipes end to end. Both ends carry 3/4″ PT / BSPT taper threads, so the joint pulls up tight without extra sealing parts beyond the usual thread sealant.

Two body lengths are stocked — 3/4″×20L (short) and 3/4″×30L (extended reach) — so you can pick the body that suits the run. Building a threaded line? See the whole stainless steel pipe fittings range.

FAQ

What size is this coupling? 3/4″ female threads on both ends, in two body lengths — 20L for tight spots and 30L for extended reach.

Is it only available in SS304? This coupling is stocked in SS304 stainless steel. If your job calls for a different grade or size, tell us with the inquiry and we will confirm what we can supply.

20L or 30L — which should I pick? They join pipes the same way; the 30L body simply gives you more thread engagement and reach. If the run is tight, use 20L; if you need to bridge a longer gap, use 30L.

What thread standard does it use? PT / BSPT taper threads. Tell us your pipe thread standard when you request a quote and we will confirm the fit.

What is the difference between a coupling and a union? A coupling is a one-piece sleeve — to remove it you unscrew the pipe. A union splits into parts so the line can be opened without turning the pipe. Use couplings for permanent runs and unions where you expect to service the line.

What is the minimum order? No minimum order quantity — we accept orders of any size, including small trial orders. For small orders, freight is arranged and paid by the buyer. Payment is by T/T — 30% on order confirmation, 70% before shipment.
