Description du produit

To automate a ball valve, the actuator has to connect to the valve stem — squarely, with no play, and able to pass full torque. This bracket & linkage kit is the part that makes that connection: a mounting bracket (the bridge) plus a stem coupler (the linkage), both in 304 stainless steel, built to the ISO 5211 interface.

Because the bracket follows the ISO 5211 standard, it pairs an ISO-standard pneumatic or electric actuator to the valve. The linkage that couples the stems is then matched to your specific valve and actuator sizes.

Two Jobs This Kit Does

Adaptation : connects an ISO 5211 actuator to a valve — including manual valves you want to automate, or a valve and actuator that don’t share a native mounting pattern.
Thermal isolation: on steam and other hot lines, the bracket sets the actuator back from the valve body, putting physical distance between the heat and the actuator’s seals and electronics.
