Product Description

A stainless steel equal tee for branching or combining flow in threaded piping. PT (taper) female thread on all three outlets, sized 1/8″ to 4″, in 202, 304 or 316 stainless. Reducing tees are quotable on request.

We machine it ourselves in Taiwan. If you also need the elbows, couplings and unions around it — and the ball valves and strainers in the line — they come from the same factory, in the same shipment.

Which Grade Do You Need?

Grade What it is Where it belongs
316 Molybdenum added — resists pitting from chlorides Coastal sites, brine, CIP lines, chemical service
304 The general-purpose stainless Most industrial water, air and process piping
202 Lower nickel, lower cost Budget projects in dry, non-corrosive service

If the line carries chlorides — seawater, brine, a CIP loop, most chemical service — take 316. The molybdenum is the reason 304 pits and 316 does not. For ordinary industrial water and air, 304 is the standard answer. 202 exists for budget work in dry, non-corrosive service, and we will tell you if it is the wrong call for your line.

Buying From Us

You are probably comparing suppliers right now. Here is what we can tell you straight away, so you do not have to email to find out:

  • Minimum order quantity: none. We quote what you need, not what a minimum forces you to buy.
  • Material certificate: a mill certificate is available on request — the steel is traceable to its source.
  • OEM and custom work: reducing tees, non-standard sizes, customer markings. Send us a drawing.
  • Quote turnaround: within 24 hours.
  • Made in Taiwan. We machine these in our own factory, and we have been making stainless steel valves and fittings since 1999.
  • One supplier for the whole line: tees, elbows, couplings, unions, nipples — and the ball valves and strainers that go between them. One factory, one shipment, one set of documents.

Applications

  • Water supply and treatment — branching mains, pump stations, filtration skids.
  • Industrial process piping — air, water, oil and chemical lines from 1/8″ instrument tubing up to 4″ mains.
  • OEM and equipment builders — fittings supplied to drawing, with the valves that go with them.
  • Marine and coastal installations — 316 for chloride service.

Related fittings: 90° elbow, 45° elbow, threaded coupling, union, hex nipple, cross. And the valves that go in the line: two-piece ball valve, Y strainer.

FAQ

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No. We have no MOQ. Tell us the sizes and quantities you need and we will quote them.

Can you supply a material certificate?

Yes. A mill certificate is available on request, so the steel in the fitting is traceable to its source.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

A manufacturer. We machine these fittings in our own factory in Taiwan, and we have been making stainless steel valves and fittings since 1999.

Can you make reducing tees or non-standard sizes?

Yes. Reducing tees are a standard option, and non-standard sizes or customer markings are quotable — send us a drawing.

What thread standard is this?

PT (taper) female thread, which mates with PT / BSPT male pipe ends. Tell us if your piping uses a different standard and we will confirm what we can supply.

Which grade should I choose — 202, 304 or 316?

316 if the line carries chlorides (seawater, brine, CIP, most chemicals). 304 for general industrial water and air. 202 only for budget work in dry, non-corrosive service. Tell us the medium and we will confirm.

Can I order fittings and valves together?

Yes, and it is the reason most of our customers come to us. Tees, elbows, couplings, unions, nipples, ball valves, strainers — one factory, one shipment, one set of documents.
