Product Name
Pneumatic UPVC Union Ball Valve
Product Summary
Pneumatic UPVC double-union ball valve. A UPVC valve paired with a rack-and-pinion air actuator for automated on/off duty on chemical lines that corrode stainless steel — acids, alkalis and seawater.
The true-union body unscrews at both ends, so the whole valve drops out of the line for cleaning or seat replacement — no cutting the pipe.
UPVC body · pneumatic (DA / SR) · double union · 1/2″ – 2″ · EPDM / FKM seals
Made in Taiwan. Full 12-part material list, actuator sizing (T32 / T40 / T50) and the dimension table are below.

Product Description
This pneumatic UPVC ball valve pairs a double-union UPVC valve with a rack-and-pinion air actuator for automated on/off duty on aggressive chemical lines. UPVC handles acids, alkalis, seawater and other solutions that corrode stainless steel, and a quarter turn of the actuator opens or closes the line on a signal from your PLC or solenoid.
The double-union (true union) body unscrews at both ends, so the valve drops out of the line for cleaning or seat replacement without cutting the pipe. Seats and O-rings are EPDM or FKM (Viton), sizes 1/2″ to 2″. For metal lines, see our 316 stainless pneumatic ball valve, or browse all pneumatic ball valves.

Application Fields & Locations
- Chemical dosing & transfer: automated on/off on acid and alkali lines where stainless steel would corrode.
- Water & wastewater treatment: chlorination, dosing and backwash lines.
- Seawater & desalination: saline service where UPVC outlasts metal.
- Plating & surface finishing: aggressive process baths and drains.
FAQ
Why UPVC instead of stainless steel? UPVC resists acids, alkalis and salt water that pit and corrode stainless steel, and it is lighter. For those chemical and seawater lines it outlasts metal; for high-temperature or high-pressure duty, choose a stainless valve instead.
What does the double union do? Both ends unscrew (true union), so the whole valve lifts out of the line for cleaning or seat replacement without cutting the pipe — the seats and ball are serviceable in place.
Double-acting or spring-return? Double-acting (DA) uses air for both strokes and holds its last position if air is lost. Spring-return (SR) uses springs for the return stroke, so on air loss the valve moves to a preset open or closed position.
Can I add a solenoid valve or limit switch? Yes. The actuator accepts a solenoid valve for control, a limit switch box for position feedback and a positioner for modulating service — tell us your control setup when you request a quote.
What are the seat and O-ring materials? The seats and O-rings are EPDM or FKM (Viton). Tell us your medium and temperature and we will confirm the combination suits your process.
What is the minimum order? No minimum order quantity — we accept orders of any size, including small trial orders. For small orders, freight is arranged and paid by the buyer. Payment is by T/T — 30% on order confirmation, 70% before shipment.
