The 304 One-Piece Silent Check Valve is a cost-effective guardian for your piping system. Constructed from 304 Stainless Steel, this spring-assisted valve is designed to close before flow reverses, effectively preventing “Water Hammer” and protecting pumps and pipes from shock damage. Its compact “One-Piece” design fits easily into tight spaces.
Product Description
Unlike swing check valves that rely on gravity and flow reversal to close (often slamming shut), the Silent Check Valve utilizes an internal spring. As flow slows down, the spring pushes the disc closed gently before backflow begins. This eliminates the loud “bang” associated with sudden flow stops. The 304SS body offers good corrosion resistance for standard water and oil applications.

Sample Policy

If the pricing is acceptable, we can offer samples either free of charge or at a cost depending on the product type and availability.
Shipping fees are borne by the customer.
Order Process
After confirming the product requirements and other details with the customer, we will issue a Sales Confirmation for approval. Once confirmed, the customer is required to pay a 30% deposit to proceed with production.
When mass production is completed and the goods pass inspection, the customer must pay the remaining 70% balance before shipment is arranged.
