Automation only works if you can verify it. This scatola dei finecorsa tells you — and your control system — whether a valve is actually open or closed. It mounts on top of the actuator and houses mechanical limit switches that trip as the valve reaches each end position, sending an electrical signal back to the control room.
If a valve fails to reach its position, the switch does not send its signal, and your system can raise an alarm before the fault causes a problem. That makes it a component you rely on for process safety, not just convenience.
