Produktbeschreibung
Automation only works if you can verify it. This Endschalterkasten tells you — and your control system — whether a valve is actually open or closed. It mounts on top of the pneumatic actuator and houses two SPDT mechanical limit switches that trip as the valve reaches each end position, sending an electrical signal back to the control room. A dome indicator on top shows open or closed to anyone standing at the valve.
If a valve fails to reach its position, the switch does not send its signal, and your system can raise an alarm before the fault causes a problem. That makes it a component you rely on for process safety, not just convenience.
What It Does
- Position feedback: confirms open or closed status to the control room for remote monitoring.
- Safety interlocks: lets the system block an action — like starting a pump — until a valve is in the right position.

Why NAMUR Mounting Matters
Because the box follows the NAMUR standard, it is not tied to one actuator brand. The same switch box drops onto any NAMUR-compatible pneumatic actuator, so you can standardize on one position-feedback part across a plant instead of stocking a different unit for every actuator.
