空圧式ボールバルブ

Air-actuated stainless ball valves in 1-piece, 2-piece and 3-piece bodies, plus a 3-way L/T port version. Specifications vary by model; see each product page for connection, pressure and actuator options.

Every valve on this page is a stainless ball valve with an air actuator on top. What changes is how the body is built.

その one-piece valve has no body joint, which cuts down the leak paths. It runs reduced port, threaded PT / NPT / PF, 1000 WOG.

その ツーピース valve is the middle ground, 3/8″ to 4″, with a 316 stainless body and an aluminium rack-and-pinion actuator. Connection and pressure options are listed on the product page.

その three-piece is the one to pick if the line carries product that fouls: undo the bolts, lift out the centre section, service the seats, leave the pipework alone. Full port, 3/8″ to 4″, 1000 WOG, threaded (PT / NPT / PF) from stock; socket weld and butt weld ends are also available. Its body is cast 316 (CF8M), with cast 304 (CF8) available to order.

その 3ウェイ valve diverts L-port or T-port, 1/4″ to 2″, 1000 WOG, PT or NPT threaded.

Actuators on the 1-piece, 3-piece and 3-way valves are rack-and-pinion, running on 4–7 bar air, double acting (DA) or spring return (SR).
