Produktbeschreibung
When a pipe is wrapped in thick insulation, the valve handle disappears under the lagging — you either cut a hole in the jacket or you can’t reach the valve at all. This ball valve stem extension solves it: a 304 stainless steel extension that lifts the operating lever 50–100 mm above the insulation layer, so the valve stays fully operable and the jacket stays intact.
It transmits torque solidly down to the ball, and it is used on steam, chilled water, and cryogenic lines alike.
Why Raise the Handle?
- Barrierefreiheit: the handle stays reachable and operable even under heavy insulation.
- Thermal protection: the operator’s hand stays away from the hot — or freezing — pipe surface.
- Insulation integrity: no need to cut large gaps in the lagging, so the system keeps its energy efficiency.

What is a ball valve stem extension?
An accessory that lengthens the valve stem and raises the operating handle above the pipe’s insulation layer. You keep full control of the valve without cutting a hole in the lagging.

Which valves does it fit?

Yes. On chilled-water and cryogenic lines it keeps the handle above the frost zone, so the grip stays dry and the operator’s hand stays off the freezing surface.
Do I have to cut the insulation to fit it?
No large openings are needed. The point of the extension is to keep the insulation jacket intact — the handle simply sits above it.

Wenn die Massenproduktion abgeschlossen ist und die Waren die Inspektion bestehen, muss der Kunde den Restbetrag 70% bezahlen, bevor der Versand veranlasst wird.

per Überweisung - 30% Anzahlung bei Auftragsbestätigung, und 70% Restbetrag vor Versand.
