\/>\n\u6703\u96a8\u8457\u4f7f\u7528\u6eab\u5ea6\u7684\u5347\u9ad8\u800c\u964d\u4f4e\uff0c\u800c PTFE \u5e95\u5ea7\u6703\u63a7\u5236\u4f7f\u7528\u4e2d\u7684\u5be6\u969b\u6975\u9650\u3002.<br \/>\n\u8acb\u8207\u6211\u5011\u806f\u7d61\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u60a8\u7684\u7522\u7dda\u689d\u4ef6\uff0c\u4ee5\u53d6\u5f97\u5408\u9069\u7684\u5efa\u8b70\u3002.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>\u512a\u52e2\u8207\u597d\u8655<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u5b89\u5168\u9023\u63a5\uff1a<\/strong> \u6cd5\u862d\u662f\u5de5\u696d\u7ba1\u8def\u4e2d\u6700\u5805\u56fa\u7684\u63a5\u5408\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c,<br \/>\n\u5c07\u6d29\u6f0f\u98a8\u96aa\u964d\u81f3\u6700\u4f4e\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u58d3\u529b\u7bc4\u570d\uff1a<\/strong> \u6a19\u6e96\u898f\u683c\uff08Class 150 \/ JIS 10K\uff09\u53ca<br \/>\n\u9ad8\u58d3\uff08Class 300 \/ JIS 20K\uff09\u9700\u6c42\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u670d\u52d9\u4fbf\u5229\u6027\uff1a<\/strong> \u6574\u500b\u95a5\u9ad4\u53ef\u900f\u904e\u9b06\u958b\u87ba\u6813\u62c6\u4e0b\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf<br \/>\n\u7dad\u8b77\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u6750\u6599\u9078\u64c7\uff1a<\/strong> \u82e5\u4ecb\u8cea\u542b\u6709\u6c2f\u5316\u7269\u6216\u5177\u8150\u8755\u6027\uff0c\u8acb\u9078\u7528 316SS\uff08\u6dfb\u52a0<br \/>\n\uff08\u926c\u5177\u6709\u6297\u9ede\u8755\u6027\uff09\uff0c\u6216 304 \u4e0d\u93fd\u92fc\u7528\u65bc\u4e00\u822c\u7528\u9014\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u61c9\u7528\u9818\u57df\u8207\u4f4d\u7f6e<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u7149\u6cb9\u5ee0\u8207\u77f3\u5316\u5ee0\uff1a<\/strong> \u8f38\u9001\u78b3\u6c2b\u5316\u5408\u7269\u7684\u88fd\u7a0b\u7ba1\u7dda\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u767c\u96fb\u5ee0\uff1a<\/strong> \u84b8\u6c23\u8207\u51b7\u537b\u6c34\u9694\u96e2\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u516c\u5171\u5de5\u7a0b\uff1a<\/strong> \u914d\u6c34\u7db2\u7d61\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u91cd\u578b\u88fd\u9020\u696d\uff1a<\/strong> \u4e2d\u592e\u6c34\u96fb\u95dc\u9589\u95a5\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u5e38\u898b\u554f\u984c<\/h2>\n<p><b>\u6709\u54ea\u4e9b\u6cd5\u862d\u6a19\u6e96\u548c\u58d3\u529b\u7b49\u7d1a\u53ef\u4f9b\u9078\u64c7\uff1f<\/b> \u56db\u7a2e\u898f\u683c\uff1aJIS 10K\uff081.0 MPa\uff0c\u7d04 145 psi\uff09\u8207 ANSI Class 150\uff08275 psi\uff09\uff0c\u5747\u9069\u7528\u65bc 1\/2\u2033\u20138\u2033 \u5c3a\u5bf8\uff1b JIS 20K\uff082.0 MPa\uff0c\u7d04 290 psi\uff09\u53ca ANSI Class 300\uff08720 psi\uff09\uff0c\u898f\u683c\u7bc4\u570d\u70ba 1\/2\u2033\u20134\u2033\u3002\u6240\u6709\u6cd5\u862d\u5747\u70ba\u51f8\u9762\uff08RF\uff09\u6cd5\u862d\u3002\u8acb\u9078\u64c7\u8207\u60a8\u73fe\u6709\u7ba1\u8def\u7cfb\u7d71\u6240\u63a1\u7528\u4e4b\u6a19\u6e96\u76f8\u7b26\u7684\u898f\u683c\u3002.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u6211\u8a72\u9078\u64c7 304 \u9084\u662f 316 \u4e0d\u93fd\u92fc\u5462\uff1f<\/b> 304\uff08CF8\uff09\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u4e00\u822c\u6c34\u3001\u7a7a\u6c23\u53ca\u88fd\u7a0b\u7ba1\u7dda\u3002316\uff08CF8M\uff09\u6dfb\u52a0\u4e86\u926c\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u4ee5\u589e\u5f37\u5c0d\u6c2f\u5316\u7269\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u9ede\u8755\u7684\u8010\u53d7\u6027\u2014\u2014\u662f\u6cbf\u6d77\u3001\u6d77\u6d0b\u53ca\u5316\u5b78\u61c9\u7528\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u7684\u66f4\u5b89\u5168\u9078\u64c7\u3002.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u9019\u662f\u5168\u958b\u5f0f\u7aef\u53e3\u55ce\uff1f<\/b> \u662f\u7684\u3002\u5b54\u5f91\u8207\u7ba1\u5b50\u7684\u5167\u5f91\u76f8\u7b26\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u958b\u555f\u95a5\u9580\u5f8c\u5e7e\u4e4e\u4e0d\u6703\u9020\u6210\u4efb\u4f55\u6d41\u91cf\u9650\u5236\u3002.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u5de5\u4f5c\u6eab\u5ea6\u662f\u591a\u5c11\uff1f<\/b> -20 \u00b0C \u81f3 +180 \u00b0C\u3002\u6cd5\u862d\u7b49\u7d1a\u6c7a\u5b9a\u4e86\u58d3\u529b\u4e0a\u9650\uff0c\u4f46\u5be6\u969b\u4f7f\u7528\u6642\u7684\u58d3\u529b\u6975\u9650\u5247\u53d6\u6c7a\u65bc PTFE \u95a5\u5ea7\u2014\u2014\u96a8\u8457\u6eab\u5ea6\u5347\u9ad8\uff0c\u58d3\u529b\u6703\u96a8\u4e4b\u964d\u4f4e\u3002.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u8a72\u5982\u4f55\u9078\u64c7\u5408\u9069\u7684\u58d3\u529b\u7b49\u7d1a\uff1f<\/b> \u8acb\u5148\u78ba\u8a8d\u60a8\u6240\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u5c0d\u63a5\u6cd5\u862d\u6240\u9075\u5faa\u7684\u6cd5\u862d\u6a19\u6e96\uff08ANSI \u6216 JIS\uff09\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u78ba\u8a8d\u8a72\u7b49\u7d1a\u80fd\u5426\u6eff\u8db3\u60a8\u7ba1\u7dda\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u6eab\u5ea6\u4e0b\u7684\u58d3\u529b\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u8acb\u544a\u77e5\u6211\u5011\u60a8\u7684\u7ba1\u7dda\u5de5\u6cc1\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u70ba\u60a8\u63a8\u85a6\u5408\u9069\u7684\u984d\u5b9a\u503c\u3002.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u6700\u4f4e\u8a02\u8cfc\u91cf\u662f\u591a\u5c11\uff1f<\/b> \u7121\u6700\u4f4e\u8a02\u8cfc\u91cf\u9650\u5236\u2014\u2014\u6211\u5011\u63a5\u53d7\u4efb\u4f55\u898f\u6a21\u7684\u8a02\u55ae\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5c0f\u6279\u91cf\u8a66\u8cfc\u8a02\u55ae\u3002\u5c0f\u6279\u91cf\u8a02\u55ae\u7684\u904b\u8cbb\u7531\u8cb7\u65b9\u5b89\u6392\u4e26\u652f\u4ed8\u3002\u4ed8\u6b3e\u65b9\u5f0f\u70ba\u96fb\u532f\uff08T\/T\uff09\u2014\u2014\u8a02\u55ae\u78ba\u8a8d\u6642\u652f\u4ed8 30%\uff0c\u51fa\u8ca8\u524d\u652f\u4ed8 70%\u3002.<\/p>\n<h2>\u653f\u7b56\u6a23\u672c<\/h2>\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u6a02\u610f\u63d0\u4f9b\u7522\u54c1\u6a23\u54c1\uff0c\u4f9b\u5ba2\u6236\u8a55\u4f30\u54c1\u8cea\u6216\u9032\u884c\u6e2c\u8a66\u3002\u7684<br \/>\n\u6b64\u6d41\u7a0b\u901a\u5e38\u6703\u6839\u64da\u5ba2\u6236\u7684\u898f\u683c\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u5148\u63d0\u4f9b\u5831\u50f9\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u50f9\u683c\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a5\u53d7\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u514d\u8cbb\u6216\u6536\u53d6\u8cbb\u7528\u63d0\u4f9b\u6a23\u54c1\u3002<br
