\u7aef\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u7ba1\u7dda\u5b8c\u6210\u9694\u96e2\u3001\u6e1b\u58d3\u53ca\u6392\u7a7a\u5f8c\uff0c\u5373\u53ef\u5728\u4fdd\u6301\u5169\u7aef\u63a5\u982d\u5b89\u88dd\u4e0d\u8b8a\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u62c6\u5378\u87ba\u6813\u56fa\u5b9a\u7684\u95a5\u9ad4\u4e2d\u6bb5\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u4fbf\u65bc\u6aa2\u4fee\u7403\u9ad4\u3001PTFE \u96a8\u9644\u624b\u52d5\u53ef\u9396\u5b9a\u5f0f\u64cd\u4f5c\u687f\uff0c\u4e14\u672a\u914d\u5099\u57f7\u884c\u5668\u5b89\u88dd\u5ea7\u3002\u82e5\u65e5\u5f8c\u9700\u9032\u884c\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\u6539\u9020\uff0c\u8acb\u9078\u8cfc\u53e6\u884c\u898f\u683c\u7684\u5b89\u88dd\u5ea7\u578b\u865f\u3002\u82e5\u9700\u914d\u5099\u57f7\u884c\u5668\u7684\u95a5\u9580\uff0c\u8acb\u53c3\u95b1 <a \u5728\u5c0d\u63a5\u8655\u9032\u884c\u74b0\u5411\u710a\u63a5\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u61c9\u5148\u5c07\u7ba1\u5b50\u63d2\u5165\u5957\u7ba1\u4e2d\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u5c0d\u63a5\u710a\u63a5 (BW)\uff1a<\/strong> \u95a5\u9580\u7aef\u8207\u7ba1\u5b50\u63a1\u7aef\u5c0d\u7aef\u9023\u63a5\u3002\u5982\u9700\u7368\u7acb\u7684\u9577\u578b\u6b3e\u5f0f\uff0c\u8acb\u53c3\u95b1 <a href=\"https:\/\/ballvalves.tw\/zh\/%e7%94%a2%e5%93%81\/3-%e5%80%8b%e5%b0%8d%e7%84%8a%e7%90%83%e9%96%a5\/\">\u4e09\u7247\u5f0f\u5c0d\u710a\u7403\u95a5<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u4e3b\u8981\u7279\u8272<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u4e09\u4ef6\u5f0f\u53ef\u62c6\u5378\u8eca\u8eab\uff1a<\/strong> \u95a5\u9ad4\u3001\u7aef\u84cb\u53ca\u7403\u9ad4\u63a1\u7528 ASTM A351 Gr. These are the duties it is specified for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Chemical processing and chemical feed lines.<\/strong> Corrosive process fluids wear PTFE seats faster than water or air, so the seats get changed on a schedule. The centre body unbolts for that work while the threaded or welded end connections stay fixed in the line.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Water and wastewater treatment chemical dosing.<\/strong> Ferric chloride, alum and polymer feed lines are usually skid-mounted and welded in place. Crews reseat on schedule without disturbing the dosing pipework.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pulp and paper process-liquor piping.<\/strong> CF8M resists the chemical liquors carried on these lines, and the full-port bore keeps the flow path clear between services.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Marine seawater, bilge and wash-down lines.<\/strong> Seawater attacks seats faster than fresh water, and shipboard pipework is largely welded \u2014 cutting into a seawater line is a major job. The centre body is serviced in place instead.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Compressed air and industrial utility gas headers.<\/strong> Moisture and oil carryover foul PTFE seats over time.
