PTFE seats, manual quarter-turn lever, reduced port, \u221220 \u00b0C to +180 \u00b0C. Two end builds: <strong>\u96cc \u00d7 \u96cc (F\u00d7F)<\/strong> 1\/4\u30a4\u30f3\u30c1\u304b\u30893\u30a4\u30f3\u30c1\u307e\u3067\u3001\u304a\u3088\u3073 <strong>\u7537\u6027 \u00d7 \u5973\u6027 (M\u00d7F)<\/strong> 1\/4\u30a4\u30f3\u30c1\u30013\/8\u30a4\u30f3\u30c1\u30011\/2\u30a4\u30f3\u30c1\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>Because the body is one piece instead of two or three bolted or screwed sections, there is no body joint \u2014 one fewer place for the valve to leak. The trade-off is honest: it cannot be opened for service, and the bore is one pipe size smaller than the line. This valve runs from \u221220 \u00b0C to +180 \u00b0C, set by the PTFE seats \u2014 tell us your line temperature and we will confirm it suits.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201c\u300c\u30ce\u30f3\u30b7\u30e7\u30c3\u30af\u300d\u306f\u683c\u4ed8\u3051\u306e\u4e00\u90e8\u3067\u3059\u3002.<\/strong> \u30a6\u30a9\u30fc\u30bf\u30fc\u30cf\u30f3\u30de\u30fc\u304c\u767a\u751f\u3057\u305f\u308a\u3001\u30dd\u30f3\u30d7\u306e\u8d77\u52d5\u304c\u6025\u6fc0\u306b\u884c\u308f\u308c\u305f\u308a\u3059\u308b\u914d\u7ba1\u3067\u306f\u3001\u901a\u5e38\u306e\u4f5c\u52d5\u5727\u3092\u306f\u308b\u304b\u306b\u4e0a\u56de\u308b\u5727\u529b\u30b9\u30d1\u30a4\u30af\u304c\u751f\u3058\u307e\u3059\u3002\u8a2d\u8a08\u306e\u969b\u306f\u3001\u5727\u529b\u8a08\u306e\u8868\u793a\u5024\u3067\u306f\u306a\u304f\u3001\u3053\u306e\u30b9\u30d1\u30a4\u30af\u306e\u5927\u304d\u3055\u3092\u57fa\u6e96\u306b\u3057\u3066\u304f\u3060\u3055\u3044\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>On this valve, \u201cgas\u201d means compressed air.<\/strong> Fuel gas lines (natural gas, propane) call for a gas-listed valve, and this is not one.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u51b7\u9593\u6642\u306e\u914d\u7ba1\u5727\u529b\u304c1000 psi\u3092\u8d85\u3048\u308b\u5834\u5408\u306f\u3001\u3053\u306e\u30d0\u30eb\u30d6\u306f\u9069\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002\u5727\u529b\u3092\u304a\u77e5\u3089\u305b\u3044\u305f\u3060\u3051\u308c\u3070\u3001\u9069\u5207\u306a\u88fd\u54c1\u3092\u304a\u898b\u7a4d\u3082\u308a\u3044\u305f\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002.<\/p>\n<h2>F\u00d7F \u305d\u308c\u3068\u3082 M\u00d7F \u2014 \u3069\u3061\u3089\u304c\u5fc5\u8981\u3067\u3059\u304b\uff1f<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u96cc \u00d7 \u96cc (F\u00d7F)<\/strong> \u2014 \u4e21\u7aef\u3068\u3082\u30aa\u30b9\u7ba1\u307e\u305f\u306f\u30aa\u30b9\u7d99\u624b\u306b\u5bfe\u5fdc\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002\u6c4e\u7528\u6027\u306e\u9ad8\u3044\u9078\u629e\u80a2\u3067\u3042\u308a\u30011\/2\u30a4\u30f3\u30c1\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff08\u6700\u59273\u30a4\u30f3\u30c1\uff09\u306e\u30b5\u30a4\u30ba\u3067\u5165\u624b\u53ef\u80fd\u306a\u552f\u4e00\u306e\u88fd\u54c1\u3067\u3059\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u7537\u6027 \u00d7 \u5973\u6027 (M\u00d7F)<\/strong> \u2014 one male end screws straight into a female port, so you save a fitting and shorten the assembly. It belongs where those three things matter more than full flow or in-line repair.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Instrument and gauge line isolation<\/strong> \u2014 the shut-off ahead of a pressure gauge or transmitter, so the instrument can be changed without draining the line. Open it slowly; this is an isolation valve, not a throttling one.<\/li>\n<li><strong>OEM machinery and skid-mounted systems<\/strong> \u2014 small-bore utility shut-offs built into a machine frame or a packaged skid, where the valve is replaced as a unit rather than rebuilt in place.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u72ed\u3044\u5834\u6240\u3067\u306e\u8a2d\u7f6e<\/strong> \u2014 panels, cabinets and pipe runs where a two-piece or three-piece body will not fit.
