Le pr\u00e9sent BW ball valve<\/b> \u2014 BW meaning butt weld ends \u2014 is a two-piece stainless steel valve, model V-2B-BW<\/b>, built for pipelines where a permanent, leak-tight joint matters more than easy removal. The body welds straight into the line, so there are no threads or gaskets at the connection to loosen or seep over time. Worried about drips? Butt weld ends are welded end-to-end onto the pipe, giving a connection as strong as the pipe itself and a smooth bore with no internal pockets.
