A Robinet \u00e0 boisseau sph\u00e9rique \u00e0 angle de 90\u00b0<\/strong> en acier inoxydable 316 \u2014 un corps en deux parties avec un coude \u00e0 angle droit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 la vanne elle-m\u00eame. La sortie est orient\u00e9e vers le bas, ce qui permet de vidanger un r\u00e9servoir, un f\u00fbt ou une pompe sans avoir \u00e0 installer un coude s\u00e9par\u00e9 boulonn\u00e9 en aval.<\/p>\n

Applications<\/h2>\n

  • Tank, vessel and IBC tote bottom outlets<\/strong> \u2014 the outlet on a stainless tote is normally built from an elbow, a nipple and a ball valve. This valve does that job in one body, so there is one joint under the tank instead of three. Common on totes in water treatment, industrial chemicals and petrochemical processing.<\/li>\n
  • Sampling points on process lines<\/strong> \u2014 angle-pattern ball valves are used to draw a sample off a line with a quarter turn. Full port means nothing is trapped in a narrowed bore between draws.<\/li>\n
  • Draining and purging process piping<\/strong> \u2014 the same flow path empties a line at its low point, or blows it through.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Temperature range is \u221220 to +180 °C, set by the PTFE seats. The valve is not certified for drinking water, fuel gas, food contact, pharmaceutical or oxygen service.<\/p>\n

      En effet, le coude est int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au corps de la vanne. Une vanne droite sur laquelle est viss\u00e9 un coude pr\u00e9sente deux raccords filet\u00e9s sous le r\u00e9servoir au lieu d'un seul, pend plus bas, ce qui oblige le r\u00e9servoir \u00e0 \u00eatre plac\u00e9 plus haut, et laisse du liquide stagner dans le coude entre deux pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements.
