Avant de comparer les diff\u00e9rents mod\u00e8les de robinets, identifiez la nature de la fuite :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tige \/ zone d'emballage<\/strong> \u2013 suintement de liquide autour de la tige, sous la poign\u00e9e ou au niveau de la fixation de l'actionneur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fin de la connexion<\/strong> \u2013 fuite au niveau de la jonction entre la vanne et le tuyau : les raccords filet\u00e9s, soud\u00e9s ou \u00e0 brides situ\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque extr\u00e9mit\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Raccord du corps de vanne<\/strong> \u2013 fuite au niveau du raccord o\u00f9 les parties du corps de la vanne sont assembl\u00e9es par des boulons ou des vis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fuite interne au niveau de la bille ferm\u00e9e<\/strong> \u2013 La vanne est ferm\u00e9e, mais le d\u00e9bit se poursuit en aval. Rien ne s'\u00e9coule \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur ; la fuite se fait au niveau des si\u00e8ges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cet article concerne le troisi\u00e8me. A <strong>carrosserie soud\u00e9e<\/strong> La vanne \u00e0 bille en deux parties ne comporte aucun raccord boulonn\u00e9 au niveau du corps, ce qui \u00e9limine une source potentielle de fuite externe. Il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 d\u2019une v\u00e9ritable diff\u00e9rence structurelle. Celle-ci reste toutefois limit\u00e9e : elle n\u2019a aucune incidence sur la tige, les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s des tuyaux ou l\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de la bille en position ferm\u00e9e. Toute interface de ce type peut pr\u00e9senter des fuites dans certaines conditions. Cela ne signifie pas pour autant qu'elle en pr\u00e9sente syst\u00e9matiquement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les vannes \u00e0 bille classiques en deux ou trois pi\u00e8ces sont assembl\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de sections de corps distinctes. Au niveau de la jonction entre ces sections, l\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 d\u00e9pend simultan\u00e9ment de plusieurs facteurs : la conception m\u00eame du raccord, le mat\u00e9riau du joint d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et sa compatibilit\u00e9 avec les fluides, les op\u00e9rations d\u2019assemblage (couple de serrage, alignement, propret\u00e9), ainsi que toutes les contraintes subies par le raccord en service. Les cycles thermiques, les vibrations, les transitoires de pression et l'\u00e9tat d'entretien jouent tous un r\u00f4le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De nombreuses vannes \u00e0 corps viss\u00e9 fonctionnent pendant des ann\u00e9es sans aucun probl\u00e8me au niveau du joint du corps. L\u2019aspect technique est plus nuanc\u00e9 : un joint de corps constitue une interface \u00e9tanche suppl\u00e9mentaire sur l\u2019enveloppe sous pression. Il doit \u00eatre con\u00e7u, assembl\u00e9 et entretenu correctement, et repr\u00e9sente un point de contr\u00f4le suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier lors d\u2019une inspection. La vanne finie ne pr\u00e9sente aucun joint boulonn\u00e9 au niveau du corps ; il n'y a donc pas de joint de corps susceptible de vieillir ni de fixations du corps pouvant perdre leur pr\u00e9contrainte \u00e0 cet endroit. En termes simples : cela r\u00e9duit d'un le nombre de voies de fuite externes potentielles. Cela n'\u00e9limine pas les autres, et cela ne signifie pas que la vanne ne peut pas fuir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une pr\u00e9cision concernant la terminologie, car le terme \u201c soud\u00e9 \u201d rev\u00eat deux significations diff\u00e9rentes dans les catalogues de vannes. La plupart du temps, une \u201c vanne \u00e0 bille soud\u00e9e \u201d fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux raccords d\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 \u2014 des extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s \u00e0 souder par embo\u00eetement ou bout \u00e0 bout qui sont soud\u00e9es au tuyau lors de l\u2019installation. Ce n\u2019est pas le sujet de cette page. Ici, l\u2019expression \u201c corps soud\u00e9 \u201d d\u00e9crit la mani\u00e8re dont les deux moiti\u00e9s du corps de la vanne sont assembl\u00e9es entre elles ; les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s de cette vanne en particulier sont filet\u00e9es femelles (F\u00d7F). Une distinction m\u00e9rite d\u2019\u00eatre soulign\u00e9e : le corps soud\u00e9 couvre les tailles de 1\/4\u2033 \u00e0 3\u2033 ; le mod\u00e8le 4\u2033 utilise quant \u00e0 lui une construction \u00e0 embouts boulonn\u00e9s. Les applications r\u00e9pertori\u00e9es pour ce produit sont les conduites d\u2019eau, de p\u00e9trole, de gaz et d\u2019air, l\u2019isolement des r\u00e9servoirs et des pompes, ainsi que les machines OEM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une question l\u00e9gitime \u00e0 ce stade : si l'objectif est d'obtenir un corps sans raccord viss\u00e9, pourquoi ne pas simplement utiliser une vanne \u00e0 bille monobloc ? En raison du co\u00fbt de la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e monobloc au niveau de l'al\u00e9sage. Dans la plupart des mod\u00e8les monoblocs, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments internes sont assembl\u00e9s via le raccord d\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9, ce qui r\u00e9duit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le passage : le diam\u00e8tre du passage est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui du tuyau, ce qui entra\u00eene une perte de charge suppl\u00e9mentaire. La construction \u00e0 corps soud\u00e9 adopte une autre approche : assembler les composants internes avec le corps en deux moiti\u00e9s, puis souder ces moiti\u00e9s pour former un corps monobloc. Le r\u00e9sultat combine le d\u00e9bit \u00e0 passage int\u00e9gral d\u2019un mod\u00e8le en deux parties avec le corps monolithique d\u2019un mod\u00e8le monobloc \u2014 sans joint de corps ni fixations. Pour que la comparaison soit \u00e9quitable : la soudure reste un joint de fabrication, mais il s\u2019agit d\u2019un joint m\u00e9tallurgique fusionn\u00e9, et non d\u2019une interface m\u00e9canique \u00e9tanche comportant un joint d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 susceptible de vieillir ou n\u00e9cessitant une pr\u00e9contrainte pour \u00eatre maintenu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce qui reste apr\u00e8s le soudage : la tige traverse toujours l'enveloppe sous pression, et la vanne reste raccord\u00e9e au tuyau aux deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s. Une vanne \u00e0 corps soud\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente donc toujours des interfaces \u00e9tanches \u2014 il y en a simplement une de moins sur le corps lui-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il convient \u00e9galement de souligner clairement un compromis. Une vanne \u00e0 corps soud\u00e9 n'est pas con\u00e7ue pour \u00eatre ouverte. Si vos pratiques d'entretien n\u00e9cessitent de d\u00e9monter la vanne sur place pour intervenir sur ses composants internes, cette conception vous pose probl\u00e8me, et une vanne en trois parties m\u00e9rite d'\u00eatre prise en consid\u00e9ration. Nous y reviendrons plus en d\u00e9tail ci-dessous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce qu'une carrosserie soud\u00e9e ne r\u00e9sout pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un corps soud\u00e9 ne r\u00e9sout qu'un seul probl\u00e8me : la fuite externe au niveau d'un joint boulonn\u00e9 du corps. Il n'a aucune incidence sur les autres m\u00e9canismes de fuite de la vanne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00c9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de la tige.<\/strong> La tige doit pouvoir tourner ; elle traverse donc le corps gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son propre syst\u00e8me d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9. Les fuites au niveau de la tige d\u00e9pendent de la conception et de l'\u00e9tat de ce syst\u00e8me d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, et non de la mani\u00e8re dont les deux moiti\u00e9s du corps sont assembl\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fuite interne.<\/strong> L'usure du si\u00e8ge, la pr\u00e9sence de d\u00e9bris coinc\u00e9s entre la bille et le si\u00e8ge ou une surface endommag\u00e9e de la bille peuvent entra\u00eener un \u00e9coulement au niveau d'une vanne ferm\u00e9e, quel que soit le type de corps de la vanne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fuite au niveau de l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 du tuyau.<\/strong> Les raccords filet\u00e9s, soud\u00e9s ou \u00e0 bride sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur la canalisation lors de l'installation. Leur \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 d\u00e9pend de la qualit\u00e9 de l'installation et du syst\u00e8me.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mat\u00e9riau inadapt\u00e9 ou conditions de pression et de temp\u00e9rature inappropri\u00e9es.<\/strong> Une vanne dont le mat\u00e9riau ou les caract\u00e9ristiques techniques ne sont pas adapt\u00e9s au fluide, \u00e0 sa concentration, \u00e0 la pression ou \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature peut pr\u00e9senter une d\u00e9faillance, quelle que soit la conception de son corps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Installation and system effects.<\/strong> Over-tightening, pipe stress, pressure surge, vibration and actuator problems create leaks that no body construction prevents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So if the leak you are chasing is at the stem, at a pipe end, or through a closed valve, switching to a welded-body will not fix it. If planned access to the internals matters more, compare a 3-piece design instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Typical situations where customers ask about this construction:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The concern raised is specifically external leakage at the body joint, and reducing the number of sealed interfaces on the body is a stated goal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The service is on\/off isolation \u2014 tank isolation, pump isolation, section shut-off \u2014 rather than duty that expects in-place overhaul of the valve internals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The maintenance philosophy for that line is replace-not-rebuild: when a valve reaches end of life, it is swapped, not opened.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If, instead, your practice includes opening valves for inspection, cleaning or internal part replacement, a 3-piece design is built for that: its body construction allows access to the internals, depending on the specific model.
