Nom du produit
Vanne à bille pneumatique monobloc — Plaque ISO 5211 intégrée, sans support, acier 316, 1 000 WOG
Résumé du produit
Pneumatic ball valve with no bracket and no coupling. The ISO 5211 mounting pad is part of the valve body — the actuator bolts straight on.
That is the whole point. Most small automated ball valves are four parts stacked up: valve, bracket, coupling, actuator. The bracket bolts work loose. The coupling sits off-centre and eats the stem. This one has neither.
316 stainless · 1000 WOG · PTFE seats · PT taper thread · 4–8 bar · DA or SR
- On/off only — it is not a control valve, and we will tell you so
- Add our NAMUR solenoid and the whole package ships assembled and tested
- Fabriqué à Taïwan. Pas de quantité minimale de commande.
Description du produit
A vanne à bille pneumatique in 316 stainless steel: a one-piece valve body with a rack-and-pinion air actuator bolted straight onto it.
There is no bracket and no coupling. The ISO 5211 mounting pad is part of the valve body itself — cast as one piece with it, not bolted on afterwards. That single fact is why this valve outlasts most small automated ball valves, and it is worth two minutes of your time to understand why.
Why No Bracket Matters
Most small pneumatic ball valves on the market are four separate parts stacked on top of each other: the valve, a steel bracket, a coupling, and the actuator. Every one of those joints is a place where things go wrong.
| Valve + bracket + coupling + actuator | Cette vanne |
|---|---|
| The bracket bolts work loose. Every cycle puts torque through them. Nobody checks them until the valve stops turning. | No bracket to loosen. The pad is part of the body. |
| The coupling can sit off-centre. A misaligned coupling wears the stem and the actuator shaft on every stroke. | Nothing to misalign. The actuator seats directly on the integral pad, concentric with the stem. |
| Four parts to source, four to stock, four to blame when it fails | Valve and actuator, assembled and tested by us before it ships |
| Taller assembly — harder to fit in a machine frame | Shorter. The actuator sits down on the body. |

The pad is ISO 5211 standard, so it is not a proprietary fitting — you are not locked into us for the actuator.

On/Off Only — Do Not Buy It to Throttle
This valve opens and it closes. It is not a control valve. We do not offer a positioner for it, and we will not sell you one that is half-open all day.
A ball valve held part-way open puts the full flow across one edge of the ball and one edge of the seat. The PTFE cuts, the seat leaks, and you are back to us in a year. If you need to modulate flow rather than shut it, tell us what you are trying to do and we will say honestly whether we have the right valve for it.
DA or SR — Which Actuator?
- Double acting (DA) — air drives it open, air drives it closed. Lose the air and the ball stays where it was.
- Spring return (SR) — air drives it one way, a spring returns it the other. Lose the air and the spring takes over, so the valve lands in a known position.
Tell us which way the valve must go when the air fails, and we fit the matching cylinder. If you are driving it from a PLC, add our Électrovanne NAMUR — it bolts onto the actuator with no tubing between them, and the whole package ships assembled and tested.
À sa place
- OEM machinery — a compact automated valve that fits inside a machine frame. This is what it is built for.
- Skid-mounted plant — where every millimetre of height matters and nobody wants to check bracket bolts on a commissioning list.
- PLC-controlled water, oil, gas and air lines — up to 1000 WOG.
- Anywhere a bracket-mounted valve has already failed on you. If you have had a coupling chew through a stem, you know exactly why this page exists.
Dimensions
The dimension sheet for this valve is being drawn up. Email us the size and we will send you the dimensions and the actuator footprint the same day — we would rather send you the real numbers than publish something we have not checked.

FAQ
Does this valve need a mounting bracket?
No. The ISO 5211 mounting pad is part of the valve body — cast as one piece with it. The actuator bolts straight on. There is no bracket to work loose and no coupling to sit off-centre, which is where most small automated ball valves eventually fail.
Is the mounting pad a standard ISO 5211 pad?
Yes. It is not a proprietary fitting, so you are not locked into buying the actuator from us.
Can this valve throttle or modulate flow?
No. It is on/off only and we do not offer a positioner for it. A ball valve held part-way open drives the whole flow across one edge of the ball and one edge of the seat, and the PTFE will not survive it. If you need to modulate rather than shut, tell us what you are doing and we will tell you honestly whether we have the right valve.
What air pressure does it need?
4 to 8 bar.
Which actuator should I order — DA or SR?
Double acting if it is acceptable for the ball to stay where it is when the air supply fails. Spring return if the valve must land in a known position on air loss. Tell us which way it has to fail and we fit the matching cylinder.
Quel fil utilise-t-il ?
PT (taper) thread from stock. Other threads are made to order.
Can I get the solenoid valve fitted as well?
Yes, and it is how most customers buy it. Our NAMUR solenoid bolts onto the actuator with no tubing between them, and the whole package ships assembled and tested.
Where is the dimension sheet?
It is being drawn up. Email us the size you need and we will send you the dimensions and the actuator footprint the same day.
