By removing the body bolts, the central valve section (with the actuator still attached) can be removed or swung out for inspection. That matters most where seals wear out from high cycle rates, or where a line has to be opened and put back the same shift.<\/p>\n<p>The valve is a 3-piece full port stainless steel ball valve with an ISO 5211 mounting pad, driven by a rack-and-pinion aluminum alloy pneumatic actuator in Double Acting (DA) or Spring Return (SR) versions. The ISO 5211 pad is part of the valve body, so the actuator bolts straight down onto it \u2014 there is no separate bracket and coupling kit to source and align. 316 stainless steel is in stock; 304 is made to order.
