أن air actuated ball valve supplied as one assembly: a one-piece 3/8″ stainless steel valve body with a rack-and-pinion air actuator bolted straight onto it. Body in 316 or 304, both made to order.

There is no bracket and no coupling. The ISO 5211 mounting pad is part of the valve body itself — cast as one piece with it, not bolted on afterwards. That single fact is why this valve outlasts most small automated ball valves, and it is worth two minutes of your time to understand why.

Why No Bracket Matters

Most small pneumatic ball valves on the market are four separate parts stacked on top of each other: the valve, a steel bracket, a coupling, and the actuator. Every one of those joints is a place where things go wrong.

The pad is ISO 5211 standard, so it is not a proprietary fitting — you are not locked into us for the actuator. Prefer to fit your own? The valve is also available on its own, pad included, without the actuator.

On/Off Only — Do Not Buy It to Throttle

This valve opens and it closes. It is not a control valve. We do not offer a positioner for it, and we will not sell you one that is half-open all day.

A ball valve held part-way open puts the full flow across one edge of the ball and one edge of the seat. The PTFE cuts, the seat leaks, and you are back to us in a year. If you need to modulate flow rather than shut it, tell us what you are trying to do and we will say honestly whether we have the right valve for it.

DA or SR — Which Actuator?

• Double acting (DA) — air drives it open, air drives it closed. Lose the air and the ball stays where it was.
• Spring return (SR) — air drives it one way, a spring returns it the other. Lose the air and the spring takes over, so the valve lands in a known position.

Tell us which way the valve must go when the air fails, and we fit the matching cylinder. If you are driving it from a PLC, add our صمام الملف اللولبي NAMUR — it bolts onto the actuator with no tubing between them, and the whole package ships assembled and tested.

• Compressed air and utility gas isolation — an on/off shutoff point on compressed air and general utility gas lines, where the pressure drop of a reduced port is not a concern.
• Space-constrained OEM equipment and skid-mounted systems — the integral ISO 5211 pad lets the actuator bolt directly to the body, no bracket or coupling, so the assembly stays short and fits inside a machine frame or a crowded skid.
• PLC-controlled on/off isolation points — remote-actuated shutoff valves in automated systems, such as skid inlet and outlet points, where the valve only has to open or close on command.
• General utility water and water-like process fluids — service water lines and process fluids with water-like flow characteristics, where isolation rather than throttling is the job.
• Automated drain and condensate discharge — the shutoff element in pneumatically actuated drain assemblies, such as compressed-air condensate drains triggered by a float or level signal.

3/8″ only. If you need a larger pneumatic ball valve, the two-piece V-2AM covers 3/8″–4″ with a full port and the same ISO 5211 direct mount.
